Brazil nuts have been directly shown to significantly raise circulating antioxidant activity, improve inflammation markers in dialysis and prevent colorectal cancer in at risk patients. Moreover, the article repeatedly calls for experimentation to test the “untapped potential” and confirm or deny this. I appreciate our discussion, but the article clearly discusses significant data and potential based on evidence, and repeatedly stated that this potential needs to be verified. Hence the title.
